Day 2 of Rally Poland 2025 brought plenty of action and excitement, with seven stages on the schedule. Drivers tackled three main stages — Świętajno (16.3 km), Olecko (20.0 km), and Stare Juchy (13.6 km) — each run twice during the day. The final challenge was the fan-favorite super special stage at the Mikołajki Arena.
Latvia’s Mārtiņš Sesks and his co-driver Renārs Francis, in their Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, dominated the day with an incredible performance. They won five out of the seven stages, showing impressive pace and control.

Sesks got off to a fast start, building a 9.1-second lead in the very first stage of the morning. However, a small mistake in Stage 3, where he briefly went off the road, allowed Finland’s Roope Korhonen to cut that gap down to just 1.5 seconds.
Still, Sesks quickly recovered and kept pushing hard throughout the rest of the day. While Korhonen and local star Mikołaj Marczyk put in strong performances to stay in the top three, no one could match Sesks’s speed on Day 2.

Top 3 Overall Standings After Day 2:
- Mārtiņš Sesks / Renārs Francis – 54:50.1
- Roope Korhonen / Anssi Viinikka – 55:11.5
- Mikołaj Marczyk / Szymon Gospodarczyk – 55:24.0
With Sesks leading the rally by more than 20 seconds, the focus now shifts to the battle for second place going into Day 3. The fight isn’t over yet, and fans can expect more thrilling action in the final stages of Rally Poland.
